NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE CREATION
OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 2-2

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the “Council”) of the City of St. Joseph, Stearns County, Minn., will hold a public hearing at approximately 7 p.m. Thursday, April 21 at the City Hall in the City of St. Joseph, Minn., relating to; (a) the proposed creation of Tax Increment Financing District No. 2-2 and (b) the proposed adoption of the Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto, all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 through 469.1799, inclusive, as amended (the “Act”).

Copies of the Tax Increment Financing Plan as proposed to be adopted will be on file and available for public inspection at the office of the City Administrator at City Hall.

The property proposed to be included in Tax Increment Financing District No. 2-2 is fully described in the Tax Increment Financing Plan on file in the office of the Administrator. A map of the proposed Tax Increment Financing District is set forth below:

All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their view orally or in writing.
