On Nov. 16, 2010, an application was filed with the Federal Communications Commission to assign the license of station KKJM, 92.9 MHz, from Gabriel Communications Co., St. Cloud to Gabriel Media.

The officers and directors of Gabriel Communications Co., St. Cloud are: the Most Rev. John F. Kinney, the Rev. Marvin Enneking, the Rev. Robert A. Rolfes, the Rev. Lauren German and the Rev. Joseph Korf.

The officers and directors of Gabriel Media are: the Most Rev.John F. Kinney, the Rev. Marvin Enneking, the Rev. Robert A. Rolfes, Catherine Coghlan, Joseph Spaniol, Robert Mahowald, Pastor Carol Smith, John Herges, John Brownsen, Howard Schomer, Tracy Johnson. Beth Fiedler, Pastor Doug Voyles and Duwane Snyder.
