The Council of the City of St. Joseph hereby ordains:
Ordinance 52.10 entitled “Off-Street Parking” has been amended:
The purpose of the amendment is to address off-street parking within the downtown area as well as clear up some inconsistencies within the ordinance.
This ordinance was adopted on the 7th day of April, 2011 and shall be effective upon publication.
