GENERAL PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
SUMMARY PUBLICATION

The Council of the City of St. Joseph hereby ordains:

That Ordinance 52.12 entitled “General Performance Standards” has been amended:

The purpose of the amendment is to add a fence provision for Commercial and Industrial Zoning Districts; removing duplicate language regarding parking which is referred to in Ordinance 84 and Junk Cars.

This Ordinance was adopted on the 16th day of September, 2010 and shall be effective upon publication.
