The Council of the City of St. Joseph hereby ordains:

Ordinance 52.21 entitled “Transportation Corridor Overlay District Site and Design Standards” has been amended:

The purpose of the amendment is to re-define the Overlay District area and create an exemption for existing structures within the developed boundary of the Overlay District.

This ordinance was adopted on the 5th day of May, 2011 and shall be effective upon publication.
