SUMMARY PUBLICATION

The Council of the City of St. Joseph hereby ordains:

That Ordinance 52.22 entitled “Outdoor Dining/Smoking Areas” has been passed:

“Intent: The intent of this section of the zoning ordinance is to establish general standards for outdoor dining areas and sidewalk cafés.”

This ordinance was adopted on the 16th day of September, 2010 and shall be effective upon publication.
