TELECOMMUNICATION AND ANTENNA ORDINANCE
SUMMARY PUBLICATION

The Council of the City of St. Joseph hereby ordains:

That Ordinance 58 entitled “Telecommunication and Antenna Ordinance” has been amended:

The purpose of the amendment is to update the title to include antennas and include antennas in provisions referencing towers.

This ordinance was adopted on the 16th day of September, 2010 and shall be effective upon publication.
