Public Hearing – Easement Release

The City Council for the City of St. Joseph shall hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. Thursday Sept. 16 in the St. Joseph City Hall, 25 College Ave. N., St. Joseph, Minn 56374.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request to release the 10-foot utility easement separating Lots 1 and 2, Block 1 Graceview Estates 3. The request has been submitted by Leonard and Marcie Bechtold, 7431 Ridgewood Road, St. Joseph, Minn. 56374.

The request will release any rights of the city contained in the plat. By this action the city is not affecting any rights of public utility companies not owned and operated by the City of St. Joseph.

All persons wishing to speak will be heard. Written testimony should be submitted to the City Offices, P.O. Box 668, St. Joseph, Minn. 56374
